With a Master’s in Social Work and a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Diagnostic Assessment, Carla brings expertise in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. She has extensive experience working with children and families, specializing in trauma-focused therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Her diverse background, which includes roles as a childhood trauma response therapist and family strengthening counselor, equips her to support clients through complex emotional challenges.
